How does the agent referral fee work?
When you refer a landlord client and we sign a management agreement, you earn a referral fee per signed agreement. The fee is paid promptly once the management agreement is executed. Referral agreements and disclosures are handled through our Florida-licensed brokerage under broker of record Thomas P. Corinti, BK3616394.
Do I lose the client after referring them?
No. That’s the whole point. We manage the property, you stay the real-estate sales relationship. When the tenant is ready to buy a home, we hand them back to you — not to a competing agent on our team.
Who is eligible to refer?
Any actively licensed Florida real estate agent. The referring agent must be in good standing with their brokerage and licensed at the time the management agreement is signed. We are happy to work with individual agents, teams, and brokerages.
Which cities do you manage for referred clients?
We actively manage across Tampa Bay — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Madeira Beach, Brandon, Riverview, Largo, Seminole, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, and surrounding communities. If your client owns outside that footprint, call us and we’ll be straight with you about whether we can serve them well.
How fast can you onboard a referred property?
Typically inside 48 hours of the signed management agreement — photos, 3D tour, syndication to major platforms, and self-tour setup run in parallel. Faster when the property is vacant and ready; slower when it is tenanted and we are taking over mid-lease.
